Wednesday, March 18. (Before Mr J. R. Bartholomew, S.M.) CONVERSION OF A CAR. Richard James Keogb, alias Richard Joseph Keogb, aged 34 years, was remanded for a week on a charge of converting a motor car to hia own use. Bail was allowed, £25 in the accused's own recognisance and one surety of £25. Mr C. J. L. White appeared' for the accused. MAINTENANCE. George Henry JohnSoiv was remanded in custodv to appear at Christchurch to-mor-row on a charge of disobeying a maintenance order in respect of his wife, the arrears of which were £224 12s 6d up to October 12 last. An application for bail by Mr C. J. L. White was refused.
