RUSSIANS IN HARBIN
NEWSPAPER’S ALLEGATION LONDON, March 15. (Received March 16, at 6.5 p.m.) The Daily Telegraph’s Moscow correspondent says Izvestia charges the Japanese Manchukuo authorities with forcing Russian residents to choose between naturalisation and expulsion. At least 50,000 Russians are reported to have left Harbin, some for Russia and others for Shanghai.
