NEW SECRETARY APPOINTED LONDON, March 13. (Received March 14, at 5.5 p.m.) Lieutenant Colonel R. S. Rail Kerr has been appointed secretary of the Marylcbone Cricket Club in succession to' Mr W. Findlay. Ho will take up his duties on June 1.
