A light south-easterly breeze on Saturday brought rain clouds, and after a bright morning with a high temperature there was a sudden change about midday, when rain fell. The barometer fell sharply but rose again during the afternoon. Yesterday was bright and fine, with passing clouds. Glorious weather was experienced over the week-end, with the exception of a little light rain on Saturday night. The fresh breeze dropped during the night and Sunday was brilliant, with little cloud'and,almost no wind. The rainfall for the week-end was only four points. The maximum temperature to-day was C9.6dcg.
