LABOUR CONFERENCE
IN LONDON NEXT WEEK BIGGEST SINCE THE WAR LONDON, March 13. (Received March 13, at 10 p.m.) The biggest Labour Conference since the war will be held in London next week to consider the European situation. About 200 delegates, representing 36,000,000 workers of 15 countries, will attend. The conference will be held under the auspices of the British National Council of Labour. Italy, Russia, and Germany will not be represented, as they are classed as nondemocratic.
