NORWOOD STREET
TO THE EDITOR. Sin, —The residents of Norwood street, North-East Valley, not being amphibious, would appreciate a lifeboat service during heavy rain. An ordinary male can jump five feet, but what of the children? We are only short of water here for 11 months of the year, but would like the balance to bo more evenly distributed. — f am, etc., Wet Feet. March 13.
