GOERTZ FOUND GUILTY FOUR YEARS’ SERVITUDE , LONDON, March 9. Goertz was found guilty and sentenced to four years’ penal servitude. Ho spent varying periods in the Went of England and in places near London. Early last year ho went back to Germany. In the late autumn Goertz announced that he intended to return to England for a few weeks. He was arrested as he disembarked at Harwich.
