WRIT BY MR GOODFELLOW AN AGREEMENT REACHED (Peg United Press Association) AUCKLAND, March 10. It was announced to-day that a settlement had been reached respecting the writ issued by William Goodfcllow, company director of Auckland, in October last claiming £1145 and a declaration that the agreement entered into with Albert Ernest Davy, political organiser, regarding the formation of a new political party was no longer binding. The case was mentioned before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, in Chambers in Wellington on October 18 when an application was made for the hearing. It is understood that one of the conditions of the settlement is that the terms be not revealed for publication.
