There was a continuation of the wet weather yesterday. Rain fell for the greater part of the day, accompanied by a fresh south-west wind. The temperature at S a.m. was 46 degrees, and the maximum for the day was 51 degrees. The total rainfall from 2 p.m. on Saturday to 4 p.m. yesterday was 1.91 inches. REPORTS FROM THE NORTH. March 9: The weather was cold and dull to-day. Steadv rain fell in the afternoon, and. the conditions were very thick and misty.
