SUNDAY SERVICES
The Rev. D. C. Herron will conduct both services in Knox Church. _ In the evening an address will be given to students, the .subject being " The Search for Truth." At First Church to-morrow the Rev. W. Allen Stevely's subjects will betIn the morning, "Ministering Angels"; and, in the evening, "Life on Wings." The music at the evening service will include the anthem, contralto solo "Like as the Heart Desireth," anthem "How Dazzling Fair Art Thou." Dr Galway will be at the organ. The morning service at the United Congregational Church will be conducted by the Rev. Arthur Muriel, M.C., B.A. At the evening session, when Miss Enid Aitichison will be the soloist,, the service will be taken by Mr H. W. Newell, M.A., B.D. At 2.30 p.m. there will be a youth rally. The Rev. E. P. Blamires, president of the Methodist Church of the Dominion, will conduct the evening service at Trinity Methodist Church tomorrow. He will also address a rally of Dunedin Methodists at Trinity Church on Wednesday evening next. The Rev. C. H. Olds will occupy Trinity pulpit to-morrow morning. The evening music will include the anthem " Sun of My Soul" and the solo " Forward to Christ." by Miss Angela Hendry. The preachers at Hanover Street Baptist Church will be the Rev. T. Keith Ewen in the morning and the Rev. R. H. Turner in the evening. A solo will be given by Mr E. P. Drew, and the choir will render the anthem " Open the Gates of the Temple," the soloist being Miss H. Walker.
Visiting ministers conducting the services at Moray place Congregational Church will be, in the morning, the Rev. E. Laybourn, and, in the evening, the Rev. Arthur C. Nelson. The morning anthem will be " Rock of Ages " (Buck), and the choir will sing, in the evening, " 0 Lord, God, When Thou Appearest" (Harris). Divine service will be held at the Greater World Christian Spiritual Mission, when Mrs Brooks will speak on "The Twilight of Consciousness," a deeply interesting subject. Clairvoyance and after circle will follow, and all are welcome. Wednesday evening, flower psychometry. First Church of Christ, Scientist, will conduct services in Allbell Chambers, Stuart street. The subject of the morning and evening services will be " Man."
Mrs Gladys Davies, S.N.U., of England, will again occupy the platform of the Spiritualist Church to-morrow evening, when "Pharos," the Egyptian, will give a trance address through her, to he followed by clairvoyant messages. The Healing Centre will be conducted by Mrs Davies on Monday evening. At the Theosophical Society meeting there will be an address on " The Value of Ceremony."
