ROADS IN RUSSIA
CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS PEASANTS WORK WITHOUT PAY MOSCOW, March 4. A decree provides that all peasants, men arid women, between the ages of 18 and 45 shall work on the construction and repair of roads for six days a year without pay, but they may pay a special tax instead.
