AGREEMENT REACHED
PAYMENT TO INJURED CHILD
Approval was given by his! Honor Mr Justice ' Kennedy yesterday to a settlement arrived at by the parties concerned!, in an accident which' occurred on .July’ 251 last, when a child named Kenneth MTlardy, of Timaru, was injured ns ' the ; result of a collision with a motor cycle ridden by Horace Alfred ■ Lorraine Adams, of Dunedin. Mr R. L.'.'/Kairmaid appeared for M'Hardy, and Adamh was represented W -Mr A. W. Buphler.
