Families in Saxony who have lived on their farms for at least 200 years are to be given bronze (ablets at a “ blood and soil commemoration” ceremony. It will be attended by party and Government representatives. So far 150 families have been found to fulfil the condition. Each tablet will bear the family’s name and the date of its settling on the land.
