SWIMMING
NEW ZEALAND CHAMPIONSHIPS The New Zealand National Swimming Championships will be concluded tonight in the Municipal Baths, when the 100 Yards Ladies' Freestyle Championship, 440 Yards Men's, 220 Yards Ladies' Breaststroke, 50 Yards Flying Squadron, and final section of the Men's Diving will be decided.
The Water Polo Championship will be completed, and for the two invitation events the following have been invited to take part: — 50 Yards Ladies' Invitation. Scratch Race:—Misses V. Coulthurst (Auckland), S. Gotlicb (Wellington), N. Barton (Auckland), 1 E. Kainey (Hawke's Bay), I. Purdie (Otago), and N. Basstian (Southland).
50 Yards Men's Invitation Scratch Race. —N. Crump, R. Erankham, and P. Hanan (Auckland), S. W. Jarvis (Otago), D. H. Symes (Canterbury), and J. D. O'Driscoll (Otago).
