RACING IN AUSTRALIA
BAN ON BROADCASTING (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SYDNEY, February 18. Every person who attends the Victoria Park races to-morrow will require a ticket on which a special contract is printed undertaking, either directly or indirectly, not to communicate to any person outside the course any description of a race or races or the results thereof until the expiration of five minutes after the last race. Any person offending is l'able to be treated as a trespasser.
