THICK FOG IN LONDON

TRAFFIC DISLOCATED (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, February 15. (Received Feb. 17> at 5.5 p.m.) The severe cold of the last few days has given way to milder weather. Fog descended on London this morning, and by mid-day was thick over a wide area. There was great -dislocation of traffic, and home-going crowds from central districts, many of which had suffered inconvenience and delay on their onward journey, were held up by traffic congestion.
