CIVIL ENGINEERS
TWENTY-SECOND CONFERENCE (Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 17. Over 150 civil engineers from all parts of' New Zealand ' attended the twentysecond annual conference of the New Zealand Society of Civil Engineers, which was opened this morning, the president, Mr H. Vickerman (Wellington) presiding. The Mayor, Mr T- C. A. Hislop, welcomed the visitors. The conference will be continued till Saturday.
