At the fortnightly meeting of the Triumph Lodge, No. 9, there was a large attendance of members. W.M. Bro. John Cosgrove, before commencing the business of the evening, referred to the death of his late Majesty King George, and said: “ We join with the rest of the community in expressing our sorrowful regret at the death of his Majesty, our beloved Sovereign.” The members rose and stood in silence. The National Anthem was then sung, and the lodge adjourned. Deliciously iodised for health, “ Huia " 1 Butter is widely recommended by the medical profession.—l33s.
