MEETINGS J£EMBALL THEATRES, LIMITED. MEETING OF DEBENTURE STOCK HOLDERS. A MEETING OF DEBENTURE STOCK HOLDERS of Kemball Theatres, Limited, will be held in Room Eleven, first floor Dominion Farmers’ Institute Building, Wellington, on WEDNESDAY, the sth day of February, 1936, at 12 noon. The business is particularly important and a full attendance of Debenture Stock Holders is requested. The Trust Deed gives Debenture Stock Holders one vote in respect of each Debenture Stock Certificate actually produced at the meeting and no Debenture Stock Holder is entitled to be present or to vote unless ho produces his certificates.
