How to Get Relief from Catarrh If you have catarrh, catarrhal deafness, or head noises, go to your chemist and get 1 oz. of Parmint (Double Strength). Take this home, add to it \ pint of hot water and lb. crystal sugar. Take one tablespoonful four times a day. This will often bring quick relief from the distressing head noises.
