MEMBERS OF NAZI PARTY NEW CLEAN-UP ORDERED LONDON, December 2. (Received Dec. 2, at 11 p.m.) The News-Chronicle’s Berlin correspondent says: “ Herr Hitler has ordered a new clean-up of the Nazi Party with a view to ridding the movement of men whose extravagant living caused comment. It is. asked how they are able to spend recklessly when their incomes are reputed to be so modest. The first victim was a prominent official whom the Secret Police seized.”
