POST OFFICE EFFICIENCY. THEY GET THEIR MAN. Christchurch. Like the famous Canadian North-West Mounted Police, the New Zealand^ postal authorities always “ get their man. Another instance of their perseverance and efficiency wag revealed by a business man recently. He related that when travelling abroad he had recommended Baxter’s Lung Preserver to a man on board ship, mentioning that he did business with the manufacturers of “ Baxter’s.” “ Take my advice and try 4 Baxter’s ’ for your cold when you land in Suva,” ho told his shipmate. Some time after arriving back in New Zealand the business man received a letter addressed to Mr , C/o “Baxter’s,” New Zealand. No street number, no town was given, but the letter was promptly delivered to A. and W. Baxter, Ltd.. Christchurch, and after exhaustive inquiries the addressee was found. “ Baxter’s ” relentlessly tracks down the little germs that cause coughs, colds, sore throats and kindred ills, banishes the culprit, and brings instant relief to the sufferer. —Advt.
