THE CAPTURE OF SPRING A delightful entertainment will be 'presented in the Town Hall Concert Chamber on the afternoon of December 7, when Miss Muriel Eagar will produce an entirely new operetta, “ The Capture of Spring,” in four scenes. The singing and acting of the children promise to attain a high standard, and the beautiful fracking will be a special attraction. A feature of the production will be 1 the dainty dancing by the pupils of Miss Gwen Webster. The first part of the programme will comprise part singing by the choir, action choruses, action songs, recitations, piano solos, and duets. An unusually varied and artistic programme has been arranged, affording a *reat for young and old. A party of children from each of the orphanages has been invited.
