To ensure abundant quantities of new-laid eggs for their Model Cake Bakery, Ernest Adams Ltd. have their own big poultry farm — one of the largest in New Zealand. On this farm 5000 aristocrats of the poultry world now supply 2000 dozen eggs a week; and there are 6000 healthy young chicks to ensure that the supply of fresh eggs is maintained.
