THE DALMORE BUS SERVICE
TO THE EDITOR. f Sib—l entirely agree with “Fair Play ” that the Dalmore bus service is in need of improvement. There should be a bus every 20 minutes during the afternoon. I would suggest that the 8.15 a.m. bus be taken off and that pne should be put cn during the long period from 2.10 p.m, till 3.25 p.m., and also one at 7.30 p.m. The only buses that pay in Dunedin are those to Green Island and Maori Hill, but still the manager tries to make them all pay at the expense of the public. The Dalmore bus should run down Gladstone road and along Falkirk street into Orbell street. The district has grown considerably lately and will expand more if the service is improved.—l am, etc., Dalmore.
