FIRST EVENING MEETING The following handicaps have been declared by the handieappers (Messrs B. R. M'Kernan, H. D. Morgan and W. Bennett) for the first evening sports meeting of the season, to be held this evening by the Otago Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Athletic Association.
