CHINESE BEFORE THE COURT (Per United Press Association) AUCKLAND, November 4. Following a police raid in Nelson street, Ah Lee, a Chinese gardener, was charged to-day with being the occupier of the premises and permitting them to bo used for the' purpose of smoking opium was fined £IOO. Several Chinese found on the premises were fined sums of £3O and £2O each, according to the circumstances.
