WEDDING ARRANGEMENTS LONDON, October 31. The Prince of Wales and the Duke of York will attend the Duke of Gloucester at his wedding, at which the Archbishop of Canterbury, the Bishop of London, the Primus of the Episcopal Church of Scotland, and Prebendary Percival (domestic chaplain to the King) will officiate. GIFTS FROM CROFTERS (British Official Wireless) RUGBY* October 31. (Received Nov. 1, at 5.5 p.m.) Two crofters from the Isle of Harris —Mrs Morrison, the mother of 10 children, and Mr M'lnnes, a septuagenarian —who brought a wedding gift of two rolls of Harris tweed for the Duke of Gloucester, were among the deputations received at Buckingham Palace to-day by the Duke and his fiancee.
