MEMORIAL' IN SWITZERLAND (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 31. The Daily Telegraph's Geneva correspondent says the King of the Belgians has purchased 528 square feet of Swiss territory, at Kuessanach, including the spot where Queen Astrid was killed on August 29, where a cross and memorial chapel will be erected, surrounded by a low wall.
