ALLAN.—On October 31, 1935, at the residence of his daughter, Mrs R. Dunlop, Imperial Hotel, Christchurch, William Allan, late of St. Kilda and Clyde; aged 77 years.

ANDERSON.—On October 31, 1935, at Dunedin, Robert Andrew Anderson (organ tuner), of 169 Moray place, and late of Melbourne. "At rest."—The Funeral will leave our Chapel, 219 George street. To-day (Saturday), November 2, at 2 p.m., for the Anderson's Bay Cemetery.—R. M'Lean and Son, undertakers. BEER. —On October 19, at Waimate, after a prolonged illness, William, husband of the late Mary Beer; in his seventy-ninth year. BENFELL. —On November 1, 1935 (suddenly), at his residence, 811 King street, Owen Benfell, beloved father of Catherine and Owen J. Benfell. "At rest."—The Funeral will leave the residence on Sunday, the 3rd inst., at 2 p.m., for the Northern Cemetery.—R. M'Lean and Son, undertakers. LEWIS.—On November 1, 1935, at InveVcargill, Adelaide Jane, beloved eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs H. J. 11. Lewis, Long Gully, Queenstown; aged 26 years. Deeply mourned. M'GETTIGAN. —On November 1, 1935, at his residence, Queen street, Mosgiel, John, dearly beloved husband of Catherine M'Gettlgan.
