MOTOR ROUTES IN OTAGO
TO THE EDITOR. Sir,-—The map of Otago roads published in your " Motor" issue has proved interesting and instructive. This is the age of motoring, and the map will, no doubt, encourage many to makefcpioneering trips this summer. I would like to draw the attention of your North Otago readers especially to the short cut through Duntroon to Naseby and Central Otago. This road was not shown on the map, though Dansey's Pass was marked. This Dansey's Pass road is a good road till late autumn, and I trust it will increase in popularity. It could well become a secondary highway, and the Highways' Board would be well advised to investigate its possibilities.—l am, etc., Progress. Duntroon, October 31.
