Hadley ricked his back while training and will probably not play against Newport. Manchester, Oliver, Page, Hart, Corner, and Caughey rejoined the team at Newport after three days as Lord Bledisloe's guests. The remainder were entertained at Tredegar Park, where Adkins sparred with a boxing kangaroo. Eight hundred are expected to attend the ball at Newport on Thursday.
