Sib—ln reply to, your correspondent, " Propaganda, and for the information of your readers, I wish to say that Dr MTVlillan has no being drawn into a newspaper correspondence with any abusive or anonymous correspondents. Dr McMillan will answer all questions at the proper time, which is from the public platform, during his campaign. Dr M MilTan always has substantiated, and always will substantiate, any statement he makes.
