Fennell (Wanganui), claim £5 15s 9d, for subscriptions due. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. W. B. Lambert v. R. Simons, claim £2 12s. 6d, on a judgment summons.—The debtor did not appear, and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (7s), in default three days' imprisonment. W. J. M'Eae v. William Finnie Fraser, claim £2 18s, on a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of the debtor, who was ordered to pay the amount, with costs (6s), forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment. Butterfields, Ltd., v.
