Young (Mosgiel), claim £4 15s 6d, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 I,Bs 6d); T. Scurr, Ltd., v. Ernest Robert Botting (Mataura), claim £5 ss, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 5s 6d); J. D. Best v. B. Johnston, claim £1 17s Cd, for goods supplied, with costs (14s); Commissioner of Taxes v. Frederick Seymour Brabazon Farmar, claim £2B Is sd, for income tax due, with costs (£1 10s); A. L. Bezett, Ltd., v. David S. Isbister, claim £3 13s lOd. for goods supplied, with costs (£1 4s 6d); New Zealand Tablet Printing and Publishing Company v. P. J. Fennell (Wanganui), claim £5 15s 9d, for subscriptions due. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. W. B. Lambert v. R. Simons, claim £2 12s. 6d, on a judgment summons.—The debtor did not appear, and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (7s), in default three days' imprisonment. W. J. M'Eae v. William Finnie Fraser, claim £2 18s, on a judgment summons.—There was no appearance of the debtor, who was ordered to pay the amount, with costs (6s), forthwith, in default three days' imprisonment. Butterfields, Ltd., v. Victor M'Dermott, claim £2 3s, on- a judgment of the court.—The debtor did not appear, and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (7s), in default three days' imprisonment.
