CITY POLICE COURT
Thursday, October 31. (Before Mr H. W. Bundle, S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Hugh Alexander Kennedy, who pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness, was fined 10s, in default 24 hours' imprisonment. MAINTENANCE. Robert Wallace, for whom Mr J. L. Calder appeared, was proceeded against by his wife, who claimed a maintenance order on the ground of wilful failure to maintain. —Mr C. J. L. White represented the complainant.—After hearing evidence as to the defendant's circumstances, the magistrate granted the order and fixed maintenance at £1 per week, costs amounting to 10s Gd being allowed the complainant.
