OBITUARY
MR STUART BEVAN (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 25. The death is announced of Mr Stuart Bevan. Mr Stuart James Bevan, K.C., had been Conservative member for Holborn since 1928 and Recorder of Bristol since 1932. MRS SUSANNA WHITE The death occurred yesterday of Mrs Susanna White, a well-known and respected citizen of Dunedin. The deceased was the widow of Mr Joseph E. White, formerly a builder and city conn illor in Dunedin. Mrs White arrived in Dunedin about 60 years ago, and with the exception of a short period during which she resided in Melbourne, she had lived in North-East Valley and in North Dunedin during the whole of that time. Mrs White survived her husband by 17 years and is survived by five of her seven children—Mr H. E. White (of Sydney) Miss Z. E. White (of Dunedin), Mr George White (of Christchurch), and Mrs Charles Arnold and Mr C. J. L. White, both of Dunedin.
