Blue Star Line vessels which have been coming to Australia in ballast trim from the United Kingdom will in the future load general cargo at Liverpool or London for Australian ports like the other lines trading to Australia from the United Kingdom. According to reports, (be first Blue Star vessel to leave Liverpool with general cargo for Australia will sail about December 7. THE ARCFORM TANKER. More than usual Interest attaches to the G S. Walden, a motor-tanker of 15,000 tons deadweight, launched recently by the Rotterdam Drydock Company for the Standard Ship•ninf* Company. She is in most re* spects a sister-ship to the W. B. Walker, floated by the Fried Krupp Germaniawerft in April last, but unlike that vessel she is built to the Arcform design. The operation of these two vessels will thus provide a unique opportunity of observing the performance under exactly similar conditions of Sir Joseph Isherwood’f design in comparison with the normal hull form. __
