BRITISH HEAVY-WEIGHT TITLE LONDON, October 27. (Received Oct. 28, at 0.5 p.m.) At Plymouth Lcn Harvey outpointed Eddie Phillips in an eliminating contest for the British heavy-weight championship. He has thus qualified to meet Peterson for the British Empire titles.
