.. CLAIM FOR DAMAGES ACTION AGAINST HAWKE’S BAY RESIDENT. (Per United Press Association) TAUMARUNUI, October 24. Messrs Gordon, Nicholson and Rennie, solicitors, Taumarunui, acting on behalf of Richard Cobbe, manager of The Chateau, have issued a summons against a Hawke’s Bay resident claiming £2OO general damages and hospital and medical expenses for alleged assault at The Chateau ou September 8, 1935.
