GUILTY OF NEGLIGENCE
-» . IMPERIAL AIRWAYS PILOT JUDGMENT AGAINST COMPANY LONDON, October 23. Mr Justice Lewis, in the King’s Bench Division, gave judgniint against Imperial Airways for loss of a passenger’s life in the Apollo air liner disaster at Rnysselcde on December 30, 1933, awarding £3500 and £SOO respectively to the wife and daughter of Louis Grein, finding that the dead pilot was guilty of negligence. A stay of execution for a fortnight was granted to consider the question of appeal. This was a test case. Five other widows have entered actions.
