EAST INDIES SQUADRON-
TWO NEW SUBMARINES
AMSTERDAM, October 22
The Government has decided to strengthen the East Indies licet, and is building two submarines similar to the Klßs which toured the world last year. Holland is alarmed at the Japanese attitude in the East Indies, which she apparently regards as a second Manchuria.
