BOXING COOK CHALLENGES PALMER. (United Press Association) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, October 22. George Cook has challenged Ambrose Palmer. He told the Sun-Herald that Palmer was not the champion of Australia. " I won the Australian an<i New Zealand titles in 1931," said Cook, "beating Jack O'Mallry at the Stadium. Two months ago I offered to meet Palmer. I will also meet the New Zealander, Maurice Stricklund." MILLER RETAINS TITLE.
