WORLD'S RECORD ACHIEVED BOUT LASTS TWO SECONDS LONDON, October 23. (Received Oct. 23, at 1 a.m.) At Manchester Jimmy Stewart, the Liverpool welter-weight boxer, achieved a world's record when he knocked out Jack Lord, of Bolton, in two seconds with one punch. Stewart came out of his corner at the bell and landed a righthander to the jaw. Lord collapsed and took 15 minutes to recover.
