ARRESTED IN, AMERICA

FRENCH BANK OFFICIAL NEW YORK, July 23. ■ (Received July 24, at 7 p.m.) The police arrested B. Coles Neidecker on a cabled request from the French Surete saying that a warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with the closing of the Travellers' Bank at Paris. The police have also been requested to arrest his two brothers and other members of the family on their arrival in America a few days hence. Neidccker said that the total losses of his financial operations would not be more than 250,000 dollars, 'despite the larger estimates from France. (
