GOVERNOR OF TABASCO AN AGRARIAN UPRISING MEXICO CITY, July 23. (Received July 24, at 5.5 p.m.) A popular agrarian uprising forced Manuel Lastra, Governor of the State of Tabasco, out of office and threatened the position of Dr Rafail Villareal, Governor of Tamaulipas. The uprising is seen as a general cleaning out of Governors to rid the country of the last traces of the power of General Calles, Mexico's strong ma| for eight years until he lost the political combat with President Cardenas.a month ago.
