FREE CYCLES
The pupils of the new senior school at Handby, Hants., are the envy of all school children. Hampshire County Council Education Committee finds it inconvenient to arrange an omnibus service for the .school, so they have decided to provide free bicycles, on condition that the children's parents undertake to see that they are looked after. The bicycles will become the children's property after three years.
