Matthew Eade (Invercargill), claim £24 15s, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 3s fid); Reliable Loan and Investment Corporation v. Louisa Cathrine, claim £4 10s, for money lent and interest, with costs (£1 5s fid); Coulls, Somerville, and Wilkie, Ltd., v. J. M‘Kay (Wellington), claim £1 Iss 2d, for goods supplied, with costs (lie); Hallenstcin Bros., Ltd. (Ashburton), v, R. Poison, claim £1 11s lid, for goods supplied, with costs (12s); Otago Hospital Board v. William Little (Manngatua), claim £3 2s, for maintenance and treatment in Dunedin Hospital, with costs (£1 7« 6d); same v. P. C.

Corbett, claim £5, for maintenance and treatment in Dunedin Hospital, with costs (£1 3s Cd); Annie Matilda Brundell v. W. Groves (Mosgiel), claim £B, for balance owing on promissory note, with costs (£1 16s fid) ; Otago Hospital Board v. Charles Withey (Lawrence), claim £ls 10s 6d, for maintenance and treatment in Dunedin and Tuapcka Hospitals, with costs (£2 14s), JUDGMENT 'SUMMONS. William Gilchrist Robb v. Ron Johnston, claim £1 15s 2d, on a judgment summons.—The debtor did not appear, and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (8s), in default two days’ imprisonment.
