AVIATORS AT VARIANCE LONDON, July 22. (Received July 22, at 9.30 p.m.) The Daily Express says that Kenneth Waller is taking .action against Oathcart Jones for alleged libel. It is
understood that this refers to a passage in the latter’s “Aviation Memoirs,” describing the Centenary Air Race.
