OLDEST BOHEMIAN

London’s oldest Bohemian, who still (he confesses) gets home at 2 and 3 in the morning, celebrated his ninetieth birthday recently by joining n golf club. He is Mr Fred Bishop, sportsman and philanthropist, and oldest member of the Eccentric Club, which made him its guest of honour at a London dinner and presented him with a silver salver. Mr Bishop is a well-known personality on the turf, and some years ago was a owner of racehorses. He claims to have seep 67 Derbys. In his younger days he played for the Middlesex County Cricket Club, and was also a champion sprinter.
