• , TO THE EDITOR Sir,—l have been sent out to St. Clair for health, reasons to take the hot salt water bafus, but,-on account of the number •of dogs that run about .on the beach and the Esplanade. I Cannot stay here. The way, moreover, in, which the streets of St. Clair and children’s playgrounds have been defiled is disgusting. Will the health .inspectors take up this important matter. — 1 am, etc.. Interested. St. Clair, July 2.
